The programme does not start.- Are the electric fuses in good order? Is the machine connected to the mains?
- Is the door closed properly? If the door is not properly closed, the message DOOR is lit on the control panel.
- Has the delay start timer been set? Check the delay timer.
Message SPRAY ARM is lit and an acoustic signal can be heard.- One or both spray arms are not rotating freely. Re-arrange the crockery
Message WATER is lit and flashing. Water inlet is blocked.- Is the water tap open?
- Is the mesh in the pipe connection to the water tap blocked up? If necessary, clean the mesh.

A continuous tone (Aqua-Alarm) can be heard - even when machine is switched off.- the flood protection system has activated When in operation the fault message F3 appear in the multi display
The multidisplay shows a fault messageThe illuminated words next to the pressed programme key is flashing. One or more of the programme stage lights is illuminated or is flashing on the programme progress display.
- In case of all other fault displays: note the fault message and which lights are illuminated and telephone the Customer Service Department.
If the fault message causes the programme to stop, press the programme button key next to the flashing light The programme will then continue to the end and the water will be pumped out of the machine
The multidisplay shows Fault FS, the illuminated programme name is flashing, the programme stops, DRYING is lit up and flashing on the programme progress display. Water outlet is blocked- Is the drain hose kinked? - Check pipe connection.
- Is the drain hose correctly installed?
- Is the sink trap blocked up? If necessary, clean sink trap
Message FILTER is lit- the filters on the bottom of the dishwasher are soiled
Message DOOR is lit- The door is not properly closed. Close door fully
The dishes are not being cleaned- have you selected a programme which is suitable for the type of dishes and their level of soilage?
- have you loaded the dishes so that the water sprays reach all the items? The crockery baskets should not be overloaded
- Were the spray arms blocked by crockery or cutlery?
- Please note: the upper spray arm tilts when not in use. This allows all the water to drip out. In operation, it automatically runs in a horizontal position.
- Are all filters in the filter assembly clean? Are all the filters correctly positioned?
- Have you added the correct amount of detergent?
- Is the outlet pipe correctly installed?
- Is there still salt in the salt container? Without salt, the water is not softened.
- Is the water softening unit adjusted to the local water hardness?
